As Samara Lipsky works diligently toward her PhD in the international psychology program of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), she researches consistently in alignment with her specific psychology interests -- behavioral medicine and health promotion. In conjunction with these goals, she has co-founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping fund and raise awareness for medically oriented organizations. Additionally, she has personally published numerous articles and book chapters that detail health topics -- from perspectives on indoor tanning outside the United States to the ways in which smoking cessation, or similar behaviors, are affected by cue-induced cravings. Her psychology-related behavior research on health and disease is receiving praise as a student, earning Lipsky fellowship and award accolades during her PhD studies at TCSPP, with more to follow as she continues her growth toward graduation and a career in the field.
